STEMup Educational Foundation

In September 2020, I developed a custom website and backend system for the STEMup Educational Foundation while at the IITS company. The primary objective was to create a digital platform to promote STEM education and bridge the skills gap. The solution included a sophisticated backend system that enabled administrators to manage site content, organize sessions, and effectively manage and assign volunteers. I focused on optimizing the website for performance and scalability to handle administrative tasks efficiently, implemented strong security measures to protect organizational and volunteer data, and applied technical SEO to enhance the foundation's online presence and visibility. The project was built on a robust Microsoft technology stack. The backend and administrative system were developed using ASP.NET, with SQL Server used for comprehensive data management. The front-end user interface was enhanced with jQuery. The entire platform was hosted and managed on Microsoft Azure, leveraging its cloud services for reliability and performance.
